Party Room & Table Reservation Policy
We want your visit to be easy and stress-free, so here's how reservations work at Arcade 92 Flower Mound:

General Admission Groups
If you're visiting with friends, family, coworkers, or a group and do not plan to use the party room or bring a cake, decorations, gifts, or party supplies, no reservation is required. Simply purchase admission and enjoy the arcade.

Bringing a Cake, Decorations, Gifts, or Party Supplies
To bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, celebration treats, decorations, gifts, party favors, or similar party items, you must reserve either:

A table reservation, or

Our private party room
This helps us ensure space is available for your celebration and prevents party supplies from taking over shared guest seating.​
Table Reservations
A table reservation is perfect for smaller celebrations.
With a table reservation:

You may bring a cake and/or party supplies.

Your group has a designated table reserved for your celebration.
-
There is no additional charge for the table reservation.

Arcade admission is still required for all guests who enter the arcade.

*Please remove all decorations when the reserved time at your table is complete. There is a $100 cleaning fee for any decorations left at the arcade. A reservation is required to bring in decorations. ​
Private Party Room
Our party room is a completely private space and is not available for walk-in use.
The party room:

Provides a private space for birthdays, team events, celebrations, and larger gatherings.

🎂 Bringing a cake, decorations, gifts, balloons, or party favors?
A reserved table or private party room is required. Groups visiting without celebration items are welcome to walk in and play anytime.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES + FAQs
Do I need a reservation to bring a cake?
Yes.
If you're bringing a cake, cupcakes, or similar celebration treats, a reserved table or private party room is required. Think of it as unlocking the "Party Mode" achievement.

Please note that we cannot store cakes in our refrigerator, and we ask that you bring disposable plates and utensils.
Can I bring decorations?
Absolutely!
Balloons, decorations, gifts, and party favors are welcome with a reserved table or private party room reservation.

Decorations must remain within your reserved space and must be removed when your reservation ends. A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed for decorations left behind.
Is the party room private?
Yes! Our party room is a completely private space reserved exclusively for your group.
Party room reservations must be arranged in advance through our Party Planner and are subject to availability. The party room is not available for walk-in use.
How do I reserve a table or party room?
Simply complete the Event Request Form above.
Our Party Planner works off-site and will respond within 1-2 business days regarding availability and reservation options. Please be sure to read the party package options and FAQs before submitting your request form.
Does everyone have to pay admission?
Yes.
All guests who are staying at Arcade 92 must purchase admission, even if they don't plan on playing games. The only exception is children 3 and under, who are free with a paid adult.
How long can we stay?
As long as you'd like!
However, the party room or table reservation time depends on your booking type. If you order food at the arcade, you’re welcome to use an open table to dine, but we ask that it be cleared promptly so other guests can enjoy seating as well.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. The one exception is cake or similar celebration desserts with a reserved table or party room. Any other outside food requires prior approval and appropriate catering documentation. Please contact our party planner using the form above for specifics on required documentation for catering.
When should I order food for my group?
If you're ordering pizza or food from our kitchen, we recommend placing your order as soon as you arrive. Arcade 92 is first an arcade and second a restaurant, so large food orders may not all arrive at the same time.
We have kids coming. Anything we should know?
Guests under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while visiting Arcade 92.​​​
Is Gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is NOT included in the prices listed. Please consider leaving a 15% or greater gratuity for your hard-working bartender, servers, and arcade attendants after your stay at Arcade 92.
How do I check in when I get to the Arcade?
As a host, please arrive at the arcade about 15 minutes before the start of your party (as long as the arcade is open - please check our home page for open hours). Decide ahead of time whether you want all your guests on one tab or each to pay individually as they enter. Please inform the person checking you in of your preferences.
